• All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of payment.
• Prices are shown in the site currency and may include or exclude taxes as indicated. Prices can change without notice.
• Payments are processed by third-party gateways (Razorpay / Shopify Payments). We never store full card details on our servers.

Our products are handcrafted by artisans. Slight variations in colour, print, weave or finishing are natural and not defects. Product images are indicative — actual product may vary slightly due to screen settings and handmade characteristics.

All site content — text, images, designs, and logos — is the intellectual property of House of B&S or its licensors. Reproduction without permission is prohibited.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, House of B&S is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the site or purchase of products.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts where our registered office is located.
