We craft each piece with care. Please read this policy to understand returns, refunds, and exchanges.

1. Reporting Damages & Defects

If your order arrives damaged or defective, report the issue within 48 hours of delivery. Email support@houseofbns.com with your order number and clear photos showing the defect or damage.

2. Eligible Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns/exchanges only for items that are damaged, defective, or materially different from the product description.
All returns must be authorised by our team before shipping back.
Custom, personalised, or made-to-order items are non-returnable unless faulty.

3. Return Process

Email support@houseofbns.com within 48 hours with photos and order details.
After approval, we will provide return instructions and a return authorization.
Pack items in original packaging where possible and ship as instructed. We may request the original tags and packaging.

4. Refunds & Timelines

Once we receive and inspect the return, approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Refunds may take additional time to be visible in your account depending on the payment provider.

5. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs will be handled as follows:

If the return is due to a defect or our error, we will cover return shipping costs as per the authorised instructions.
If the return is not due to a defect, the customer may be responsible for return shipping charges unless otherwise specified.

6. Non-Returnable Items

Customised or personalised pieces (unless faulty)
Items damaged due to misuse, improper washing, or normal wear
Products marked non-returnable on the product page or sold in final-sale promotions

7. Exchanges

If you request an exchange (size or replacement), we will guide you through the process following inspection. Exchanges depend on stock availability; if the requested item isn’t available, we will offer a refund.
