We offer hassle-free exchanges, a 7-day return window, and refunds subject to inspection. Please read the details below carefully.
1. Hassle-free Exchange Pickup
Our delivery partner will collect the parcel within 1–2 working days after an exchange request is approved. Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging.
2. Exchange Timelines
- If the replacement dress is in stock: Exchange will be processed within 8–10 working days from pickup.
- If the replacement dress is not in stock: Exchange may take 20–25 working days, as some styles are made-to-order.
3. 7-Day Return Policy
We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery. Requests must be raised within 7 days of receiving the product.
- Product must be unused, unwashed, and unworn
- Original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact
- Returns are subject to quality inspection after pickup
4. Refund Policy
Refunds are initiated only after the returned item passes our quality inspection. Once approved, refunds will be processed using the original mode of payment.
- Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days after inspection approval
- Shipping or COD charges (if any) are non-refundable
- Refunds may take additional time to reflect depending on your bank or payment provider
5. Made-to-Order & Non-Refundable Items
Made-to-order, customised, or altered pieces are not eligible for return or refund unless received in a damaged or defective condition. Exchange timelines for such items may extend to 20–25 working days.
6. How to Request an Exchange, Return or Refund
- Contact our Support team via WhatsApp or email with your order number.
- Once approved, pickup will be scheduled within 1–2 working days.
