1. Processing Time
Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 3–7 business days from order confirmation. For made-to-order or pre-order items, processing time may be longer and will be shown on the product page.
2. Delivery Time
Delivery within India typically takes 5–10 business days after dispatch, depending on the recipient’s location and courier availability.
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges (if any) are calculated at checkout based on delivery location and any active promotions. Free All-India Shipping may apply when mentioned on the website.
4. Tracking
Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS. Use this number to track your package in real time. If tracking is not received within 48 hours of dispatch, please email support@houseofbns.com.
5. Failed Delivery & Re-Shipment
If delivery fails due to an incorrect address, unavailability, or repeated failed attempts, the package may be returned to us. In that case, re-shipment charges may apply. Please ensure the shipping address and phone number are accurate at checkout.
6. Delays & Force Majeure
Estimated delivery timelines are indicative. Delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, strikes, natural disasters, or other unforeseen events are beyond our control. We will assist and keep you informed in such cases.
