We currently ship across India using trusted logistics partners. Below are our shipping practices and estimated timelines.

1. Processing Time

Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 3–7 business days from order confirmation. For made-to-order or pre-order items, processing time may be longer and will be shown on the product page.

2. Delivery Time

Delivery within India typically takes 5–10 business days after dispatch, depending on the recipient’s location and the carrier.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if any) are calculated at checkout and depend on order value, delivery location and any active promotions. We offer Free All-India Shipping details on site where applicable.

4. Tracking

Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS. Use this number with the carrier to monitor delivery status. If you do not receive tracking details within 48 hours of dispatch, email support@houseofbns.com.

5. Failed Delivery & Returns

If the courier is unable to deliver due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or if the package is returned to us, additional charges may apply for re-shipment. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

6. Delays & Force Majeure

Delivery estimates are indicative. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs clearance, strikes, natural disasters, or other force majeure events. We will keep you informed of any known delays.

7. International Shipping
